Mission

Our Mission is to promote the social, environmental, educational, productive and economic development of the associates and the Tz’utujil population from the municipality of Santiago Atitlán, in the department of Sololá.

With actions that promote integral development with a focus on gender equity, cultural belonging and social inclusion.

Our work is based on raising the quality of life of the inhabitants of the community, especially in the villages, since there has been a lack of opportunity but with a lot of potential to improve their life, in addition to the statistics and observations that are had of the village show that it is necessary to motivate and promote the economy, education and environmental values.

Impact to date

To date, a population of more than 3,000 people has been favored, with various actions such as medical conferences, environmental programs, training and provision of tools to promote the work of adults and that children dedicate themselves to studying.

We measure our impact through supporting records and the number of associates who change their lives by doing new things within the village.

In relation to the way in which we collaborate, we have been very well accepted by the local authorities of the municipality, and working together we work in a strengthened way.
