This Migration of young diversified graduates to the United States.
Lack of access to opportunities.
Poor educational quality in public schools due to school closures caused by the pandemic.

Impact to date

To date we have a first cohort of 9 young people of which 3 have already found jobs.

We have an alliance with BAC with vacancies for young people.

Approaches to other companies such as FICHOSA and CEMENTOS PROGRESO on issues of gender equality and equity.

We already have alliances with organizations that work with young people such as MAIA and NATUN.

Impact measuring

We have 3 impact indicators, depending on the number of young people enrolled and completing the course:

Number of job placements for young people.
Number of organizations sensitized to issues of equity, gender equality and inclusion of indigenous populations.
Number of young people who complete at least one year of work in the company.

We also changed a lot the proposal for companies in terms of gender equity and equality awareness and inclusion issues, since all companies are requesting something co-created. This implies developing the topics that best suit the needs of each company.

Due to lack of funding we have had to choose to train young people in a hybrid way, when at the beginning we thought that everything could be done in person.

How do you collaborate or work with others

Because of the alliances made so far, we have had to look for alliances in other departments of the country for the selection of potential young people.

Short term objectives

Growth

To train 50 young people by the end of this year.

Quality

Placement of young people for job opportunities and that at least 80% pass the probationary months.

Impact

More young diversified graduates have a guaranteed job to generate their own income.

To be a reference for companies in the placement of talent.

Impact

More young people graduating from high school and in vulnerable situations of poverty can access a decent income and continue their university studies. The LP impact we seek is that young people can move up to higher positions in companies and / or organizations.
