As we are a new organization we do not yet have this data.
Currently we focus on number of partner organizations, number of participants, and results of the feedback survey at the end of each course. In the future, we will implement an impact measurement protocol to collect more detailed data.
Develop online program offerings for five (5) core courses; Hire and train at least three (3) local staff to deliver training programs to organizations in their respective regions.
Constant review of course material based on client feedback; Maintain minimum 4.5-star reviews for each course from clients; partner with international certification body to enable local trainers to receive internationally-recognized training diplomas.
Implement impact measurement assessments; Empower staff in local organizations to work more efficiently and effectively; build capabilities of our local staff (preference for indigenous women) to deliver exceptional training courses for clients.
Expand reach to organizations throughout Mexico and Central America; Expand offerings to include personal development and entrepreneurship courses targeted at indigenous women; Deliver both in-person and online offerings for all courses and programs; Hire and train at least ten (10) local staff to deliver training programs to organizations in their respective regions.
