As we are a new organization we do not yet have this data.

Impact measuring

Currently we focus on number of partner organizations, number of participants, and results of the feedback survey at the end of each course. In the future, we will implement an impact measurement protocol to collect more detailed data.

Short term objectives

Growth

Develop online program offerings for five (5) core courses; Hire and train at least three (3) local staff to deliver training programs to organizations in their respective regions.

Quality

Constant review of course material based on client feedback; Maintain minimum 4.5-star reviews for each course from clients; partner with international certification body to enable local trainers to receive internationally-recognized training diplomas.

Impact

Implement impact measurement assessments; Empower staff in local organizations to work more efficiently and effectively; build capabilities of our local staff (preference for indigenous women) to deliver exceptional training courses for clients.

Long term objectives

Growth

Expand reach to organizations throughout Mexico and Central America; Expand offerings to include personal development and entrepreneurship courses targeted at indigenous women; Deliver both in-person and online offerings for all courses and programs; Hire and train at least ten (10) local staff to deliver training programs to organizations in their respective regions.

Quality

Offer diploma certification for all courses and programs; Maintain minimum 4.5-star reviews for each course from clients; Offer all local trainers the opportunity to receive internationally-certified training diplomas.

Impact

Partner with organizations and indigenous groups in countries across Mexico and Central America; Empower staff in partner organizations to work more efficiently and effectively; Continue to build capabilities of our own local staff to unlock training and coaching opportunities beyond ALBANUEVA.
