What is Direct Philanthropy and the #shiftthepower movement that is taking place internationally?

In collaboration with Asociación SERES we provide a space throughout 3 conversational sessions for non-governmental organizations (local and international) and donor foundations that are operating in Guatemala on the dynamics of the power of Philanthropy.

• Session 1 (online): We invite NGOs to learn about and discuss direct philanthropy. Date: January 27 2:00 to 3:30 pm, FREE
• Session 2 (online): A Panel Discussion with Rodrigo Barillas, Artemisa Castro and Travis Ning on their different experiences with foundations and philanthropy. Date: February 10 2:00 to 3:30 pm.
• Session 3 (face-to-face): An interactive workshop to create action proposals for a new power dynamic in philanthropy. Date: February 27 2:00 to 5:00 pm, Antigua.

Be part of the first exchange between local NGOs and foundations on the power of the dynamics of philanthropy with perspectives from each context; and participate in the development of a proposal for solutions and agreements to create a new dynamic of power with a high impact!
