Lead-Up is a 501c3 registered non profit whose aim is to reduce violence by creating peaceful leaders through workshops with horses. The Qachuu Aloom Association began its work in 2003 in the communities of Baja Verapaz, currently we have more than 500 families from 31 communities in the municipalities of Rabinal, San Miguel Chicaj and Cubulco in the department of Baja Verapaz.
