ConnectED is a nonprofit organization working to improve access, quality, and relevance of education for youth in Central America. Through the Fellows Program, ConnectED harnesses the energy and commitment of local education leaders by nurturing, building, and mobilizing their skills and strengths to design projects that address educational barriers for youth in their communities.
Fundación Familia Maya (FUNDAMAYA) was born from the vision of a group of indigenous Guatemalan, Australian, and American friends wanting to make a difference for those most in need. Now, more than 14 years later, we have an even greater desire to help the Guatemalan communities we call home.
We work on the comprehensive transformation of women. We are a Guatemalan organization, legally constituted, formed by a team of more than 35 professional women and the integration of almost 70 volunteers trained and equipped in our Volunteer program that imparts the vision of working in the integral transformation of women.
SHE-CAN (Supporting Her Education Changes A Nation) is a San Francisco Bay Area based non-profit organization that builds global women's leadership through education, mentoring, and leadership training. To date, they have helped 103 low-income young women from post-conflict countries win over $27 million in scholarships to top U.S. colleges.

Through Tech2Empower, WAKE supports change-makers by getting technology expertise to women leaders in the NGO sector, social entrepreneurs and at schools focused on providing quality education and leadership training for girls and young women. We do this by connecting them with teams of volunteer Advisors from top companies such as Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Salesforce as well as smaller companies.
We work in rural areas of Guatemala contributing in training focused on women and children, guaranteeing the availability of water, sanitation and hygiene.
