ACD Guatemala (Asociación para la creatividad y el desarrollo de Guatemala) is a non-profit organization operating in Western Guatemala. Our mission is to serve children and families exposed to vulnerable conditions, violence and irregular migration in rural and complex areas of Guatemala. Our headquarters are located in Quetzaltenango.

We focus on education, development, medical and spiritual care, helping children and adolescents engage in life purpose, healthy relationships and participation to experience community growth.

There is a growing gap in learning and economic opportunities between rural and urban areas worldwide, with the largest disparity in low-income countries. Project Alianza is looking to change that in Latin America through our women-led, community-driven initiative to close the region's rural-urban education gap. Our adaptive learning model upskills and hires local women as educators to create and curate experiential, interactive learning for children in remote communities.

RTI International is both a global research institute and a leading international development organization. We combine these powerful capabilities with those of our partners to co-create smart, shared solutions for a more prosperous, equitable and resilient world.

CVG provides a space for articulation, development and promotion of voluntary activity in Guatemala. We bring together several institutions committed to volunteering, as a service to the communities and the development of the country from their own vocations and resources. We have been working in Guatemala since 2006 and we focus our activities on the formation of a Network of volunteer organizations and on the promotion of the national voluntary movement, through different activities.

Konojel focuses on the nutrition and development of the inhabitants of San Marcos La Laguna, for example providing nutritious meals to children belonging to the most vulnerable families, pregnant and lactating women, and older adults.

Since 2003, Education For The Children has worked with the young people and families from Jocotenango, Guatemala to access free quality education, nutritious food, health and social services. We empower them with skills to be successful and inspire future generations.

We are a community of missionaries serving and living in low-income communities.

As a biblical Dutch foundation, Woord en Daad, together with local partners and actors from relevant sectors, connects people worldwide. In this way we want to take responsibility for shaping a dignified existence for the rich and poor and we create hope and opportunities to transcend poverty. Together with our loyal supporters and experienced partners, we have been working on sustainable change for 47 years. 

The Riecken Foundation promotes a network of innovative community libraries in Honduras and Guatemala that awaken the spirit of discovery and social participation through activities in the libraries. We have shown that community libraries are essential to a democratic society. Libraries are institutions that citizens use to make informed decisions and reach their full potential. They provide essential knowledge, encourage critical thinking, and encourage self-education and lifelong learning.
