Pionero Philanthropy is bridging the gap between Guatemalan nonprofits, donors, and information seekers around the globe.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between grassroots Guatemalan nonprofits, donors, and information seekers around the globe in order to facilitate long-lasting and positive change.
Our vision is to be the most complete source of vetted information about nonprofit organizations in Guatemala and have a proven track record of creating significant development outcomes for Guatemala.
We offer one off purchases or subscriptions to our data in the form of:
- Individual Partner Nonprofit Reports
- Demographic Regional Data
- Non-partner nonprofit information based on theme or region
We offer consultancy services for individuals, foundations, companies, large nonprofit organizations, and academics, providing assistance in navigating the complex landscape of the Guatemalan development environment and helping clients achieve their philanthropic goals.
We address 9 Thematic Areas which address all the broad development needs in Guatemala:
- Women and Girls Empowerment/Rights
- Human Rights
- Community Development
- Animal Welfare
- Environment and Conservation
- Youth & Children
We provide visibility to almost 9000 Nonprofits (approximately 6000) don't have a web presence.
We promote almost 50 Partner Nonprofits to donors, volunteers, researchers and information seekers which has resulted in dozens of strategic partnerships, thousands of dollars in funds and countless connections.
We measure our impact through Google Analytics regarding visibility, through satisfaction surveys, through outcomes produced as a result of funding and through outcomes from bridging connections.
When we first started, we focussed more on our consultancy services, however we have now expanded our offerings to provide data services such as subscriptions to our database etc through our website.
We initially had a focus on connecting donors to nonprofits but we widened the scope to assist any information seeker (eg Academics, Volunteers, other nonprofits etc) with information about the nonprofit environment.
