We know that mental health is extremely important to our personal and professional lives. But how can we promote healthier and safer work environments? In this series of workshops and virtual talks, mental health experts from Tu Consejería will guide us on how to delve deeper into ourselves to make better decisions, how to build resilience, and how to create our own emotional toolbox.
