In 2021, WINGS initiated a Community Council so that the communities they serve have meaningful participation in the design and evaluation of their programs.

In this webinar Eleanor Unsworth, Executive Director, Ana Lucia Gonzalez, Community Programs Coordinator, and a member of their Community Council share their experience: why they started the Community Council, what the institutional experience has been like to date, and lessons learned. In addition, a member of the Council will share his experience as a participant.
