CEIPA, the Ecumenical Center for Pastoral Integration, is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 as an extension of the San Marcos Episcopal Church. Directed by Reverend Ricardo García, it focuses on improving the conditions of working children and adolescents in Quetzaltenango.
