Size and/or structure
Since it started with 35 children, our class was not large, but over the years, we saw the need to have a larger structure, to place games, bathrooms, computer room, dining room and kitchen, a multipurpose room, water purifier, space for recreation.
Key offerings
We mainly gave a meal to the children, now they had to make a cookery and buy many products since 16,160 dishes of food were taught before the pandemic per month. In programs, as our first children grew, we realized that we should also see them graduate, so we launched the scholarship program and made an alliance so that they can scholarship our children at a diversified level, we also placed IFFI programs, which are trainings or talks with parents to address issues important to the development of children at home.
Target population
At the beginning they were the children we supported and it is still our priority, but the problems of parents in general also affect children, so having a good family environment was also a goal for us. As well as support for the elderly in nearby nursing homes.
Target problem
At the beginning it was the education of the children, hence the malnutrition, but they had nowhere to go for some disease, so we set up a preventive health clinic, then many emotional problems that we did not know how to treat, for which we placed a psychology clinic, we also set up a dental clinic and made an alliance for medical campaigns, our objective became 5 pillars for us, which are: EDUATION, HEALTH, PSYCHOLOGY, NUTRITION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
Financing model
At the beginning we started by supporting friendly companies, but our business was growing, we had to see how to generate funds, starting to do conferences, golf tournaments, bazaars, even theater plays, and alliances with companies that we smoked knowing, supporting us in in kind and monetarily.
