In this workshop Planting Seeds will provide the opportunity to discuss practices for Inclusive Community Development Processes. We delve into what it looks like to really engage the voice and leadership of the community in every element of the work. We will discuss inclusive hiring practices, community engagement in strategic planning, and how to collaborate and develop a network of organizations without taking power away from the community. This will be a participatory workshop where we will learn from each other and collectively form some best practices.
