Directed by Reverend Ricardo García, it focuses on improving the conditions of working children and adolescents in Quetzaltenango. Initially, it guaranteed education, health and nutrition through programs such as street education and medical care. Beginning in 1991, it expanded its work with technical training and promotion of rights through media and public activities. Since 1996, it expanded to additional municipalities.
